Default Some questions before starting UD2.0

I would like to ask a few things before i start UD2.0 (I am 15% BF with high metabolism).
1. Approximately how much water weight will I lose during the first weeks (given the fact that I was bulking with high card diet)?
2. Will UD2.0 fat loss reach the maximum 31kcal/lb? If not, how much fat loss should i really expect?
I know these questions are too generic and depend on many variables but I would like to know if there is really a rough estimate. Thanks.

Depending on your weight and height, here's a ballpark guestimate:
- About 2-4 lb water loss
- About 1-2 lb weight loss

Give or take 10 lb.

I was just thinking that maybe the water loss would be probably closer to 4% of BW (6 lbs), since I was on a 500gr carb diet (the 4% estimate is from Casey Butt's calculator). As for the weight loss, thanks for answering. More in depth answers are welcome.

No such thing as 31 rule. It's old hypothesis (from Minnesota study, which works under those circumstances). Irrelevant for folks who eat plenty of protein.
