Default 4 vs 2 second eccentric study

Hey guys, found an interesting study. I think we all know controlling the movement is important for TUT/Hypertrophy, but in this study the group using a much slower eccentric (same concentric speed though) made substaintitally better strength and size gains. Granted it's only one study, but any thoughts?

Do you have a link to the study instead of, you know, one instagram image?
