Today is a refeed day. I have spent 12 days in a straight deficit and felt I need a refeed. I am keeping it clean, pasta, bread and low fat milk, no fat sugary cereals. Doing a heavy tension full body workout.
Here is a photo from this morning. Muscles at my abdominal area are starting to show every day more but I feel I still have a LOT of fat to lose.
Will get there eventually.
