Default another question

yo, i got confused.

my macros are : 896 crabs 160 pro 50 fat

now, if im taking into considerations the proteins that i get from crabs (low quality proteins) it makes it very hard to me to stay under 160 gram because most carbs contains proteins.

am i getting it all wrong?
i mean it makes sugar the best option for me because this is pure crab..

i will be happy to get an explanation

Im carbing up with a thousand today and what seems to work is to not any protein rich foods. No chicken, whey, whatever. You'll get a ton from bread rice pasta potatoes whatever. You don't need to eat exactly 50f either. If its lower thats just fine. For a day it won't really matter you aren't getting high quality meat or dairy protein.

Explains this in the book. Protein is contained in grains. At the end of the day, you'll hit your protein target without supplemental protein or meat.

Read the book, again. Nobody explains it better.

well you have no idea how many times iv read this book only in this week..

so just the 15 grams before the practice should be whey protein, other that you get all your proteins from the carbs? just for me to be sure

that also means that my post workout meal that has to contain 180 crab 60 protein will contain 312 crabs in order to get 60 gram of protein from pasta. that's how i do it?

Yes. Don't worry about overshooting protein if that happens as it tags along with carbs.

The thing to be concerned with is, with regards to food choice during the carb load, not overconsuming sugar/fructose or fat.
