Today is a refeed day. I have spent 12 days in a straight deficit and felt I need a refeed. I am keeping it clean, pasta, bread and low fat milk, no fat sugary cereals. Doing a heavy tension full body workout.
Here is a photo from this morning. Muscles at my abdominal area are starting to show every day more but I feel I still have a LOT of fat to lose.
Will get there eventually.

Neither picture loads for me.

Good to hear about the abs though. I feel like we're in similar places. Some days I feel really good and think I'm getting there - and other days I sometimes think I have a long way to go. Maybe both are true, or maybe this pursuit of lower BF% leads to a perfectionist mentality.

Keep it up though. I've found going on those longer stretches of deficit: 12-14 days, and then refeeding is quite optimal.

What I have realized: sleep quality affects IMANSELY my mood, energy and physical appearance. In case of several nights of poor sleep in a row, I will not drop one tenth of a pound despite big deficit and will look bloated like hell. It's incredible how much sleep impacts on all of this.

Yep, effects your whole day. It's just absolutely draining for me. I don't bother working out those days.

Your progress seems pretty steady, not rapid or anything, but are you happy with it?

I am quite happy with where I am now, but looking to get leaner in the coming months.
My progress is far from rapid. At 119 kg I thought I am going to be 100 kg and ripped in a year. Here I am at 90 kg looking to get leaner. Am I the only one or is this an unendless journey?

Unfortunately that is the nature of dieting and happens to us all.

"You are always fatter than you think".

Keep up the progress!
