This carbup thing is pretty fun so far. I'm stuffed for now, and still have 300g to go (shooting for bwx12 this week, so I'd be having like 650 g left if going x16 )

drank gatorade and whey post
big bowl of malt o meal and raspberry preserves
6 pack of maple french toast english muffins (clutch carb up food, very little sugar/fibre/fat) with more raspberry preserves
3 rolls tuna, 3 rolls yellowtail, 1 salmon roll, 1 veggie roll, 1 small brownie with ice cream (dipped in a lot of soy sauce for the sodium...err just the maki rolls, not the ice cream)

right now I'm at 229p/691c/39f(protein is overshot, not a huge deal IMO), with no bloat (drank about 64 oz water today, don't wanna feel stuff sloshing around in my gut), bw is about 213. I haven't had any carb coma type feeling as of yet, which is pretty surprising. Okay let's see what tomorrow's weighin and mirror looks like. My throat has been feeling itchier since the morning...I got bronchitis exactly a year ago on St Paddy's day, I'm hoping I can sleep this off.

ended up at 264p/1044c/49c

pretty decent carbup. Next time I'll avoid sushi to keep the protein down, and also eat more english muffins and reduce the fruit jelly. Wasn't dry in the morning, but not wet either.

Day 7

BW: 209.8
Cals: shooting for 3000 or so (bwx15, will nail it down later)
Workout: power
Cardio: none

lost visible fat this week around these areas at least: shoulder girdle area, adductors, glute/ham area, back of knees/calves, oblique/ab, neck/face

power workout felt the best out everything this week. did 3 sets each for quads/hams, and 5 each for chest/back, and 2-3 for smaller muscles.

To keep my schedule for weekend depletions, I'll skip the rest day tomorrow and start depleting Saturday. This compromises recovery but also keeps my schedule..trade offs.

Damn, that didn't go as planned. I drank some soup and theraflu last night and slept forever. Pharmacist said its likely allergies, sinuses are stuffy and what not. I think I'll be fine by tomorrow and continue as normal. Yesterday was around 3000-3200 cals, I don't have exact #s because of meals out. Bw was 208.8 this morning, drier than Friday AM. Definitely dehydrated too, pee was really yellow.
