Default Hasselback Chicken

Hey everyone! I did a quick search for Hasselback and didn't see any results so I thought I'd post.

I think with a little FF modifications this could be an excellent RFL recipe

Video in the first link and some pictures in the second

That looks pretty good. Always looking for something different to do with chicken that is easy and good. I think that checks all the boxes. Winner winner, chicken dinner!

So far a technique that's been very efficient for me is portioning out chicken breasts (usually cut them into 2 or 3 pieces depending on size), hasselbacking them (making the cuts on the top) and putting different tasty stuff in there, then baking a whole bunch at once.

Last week I did lemon slices and garlic, chipotle seasoning, salsa verde, and cumin with lime slices.

Nice to have some variety through the week. The ones with citrus slices that stay in the fridge a few days really pick up the flavor well.
