Default wrapping up rfl with erfl?

im a 44 yrs old male wrapping up a 6 week run of rfl on thursday(44th bday).Went from a cat 3 (29%) to a cat 2 (21%-30lb loss). i am thinking about ending the diet with a modified erfl and wondering if anyone has tried it for a last little oomph.

i have read rfl and erfl handbooks and am planning on moving to 2 week break before resuming rfl with the goal of reaching a cat 1. Forgive me if thia has been addressed, didnt find it in a search. Just wondering if anyone tried it and lost excessive lbm.

BTW, modifying will be upping my mild hill walking to multiple trips for only next 3 days and keeping cals. at minimum.(maybe liquid diet, although i know frowned upon in general). thanks and please be kind

Interesting idea. Since you've been on RFL a long time, I wouldn't do ERFL strictly. Tune down the LISS volume. Just walk a couple of hours per day.

I've been thinking to use RFL + LISS to kickstart my own EoD cut. Using RFL + LISS a few days can be used as a tool. I'm not sure if it's smarter to use it as a kickstart when starting the diet or as a final boost when ending the diet.

I'm using EOD refeeds for sub 12 % and it's great. Less painfull then UD2, almost as fast fat loss.

If you need any info/tips, PM me.

Thanks. When I'm about to start my cut, I'm always open for a solid plan.

RFL followed by ERFL, maximizes suffering. May even cause serious suicidial thougths.
