Creatine is known to cause water weight, especially with higher doses. I'd say a couple of pounds (2-4 lbs) depending on your body.

If your weight fluctuates more than your calculations suggest, 99 out of 100 cases it's water weight.

It cannot be anything else I suppose.
What is funny is that all my lowest weigh ins have always been on Saturdays/Sundays, e.g. after 10-12 hours good night sleep. Cortisol/stress going down I guess.
I know worrying about weight is pointless, because it does not mean anything, but it makes calculations and goal setting (I wanna lose xy per week) useless and not applicable.

Yeah water weight can be annoying. They always tell you that it's useless to worry about. However, it pisses me off as well when the weight does not change as planned. The only thing you can do is to be persistent. Trust the deficit and your calculations.

OK, so above is a photo from this morning showing what I mean (sorry for the bad quality).
Are These very slight outlines of abs or am I hallucinating?

Hard to say because of the image quality, please get a new phone :P

On most of your previous photos I would have guessed anything between 20-30%, now I guess it could be between 15-20%, probably closer to 15%!

So again, good job!

Yeah, sorry, the photos are not the best quality.
Itīs because of the phone, but also due to my hair carpet
Yeah, I am guessing that I am hovering anywhere between 15 and 20%, but with slight outlines of abs I guess I am headed towards 15%.
Goal: 10-12% until July!
Somehow, eating more and doing less is working better than when I was doing 30.000 steps at 1500 cal.

Yeah, that sounds quite terrible I could stomach doing RFL with 2x weightlifting per wek and as little activity as possible without feeling miserable. Doing something RFL-ish and high activity must be terrible.

If you just stick to your current plan, do some diet breaks every 8 weeks, you will get there till July!
