Default Bi/Tri Specialization question?

Would it be recommended to undertake bi and tri specialization over an AB AB or an ABA (with B as maintenance day)?

Or is it better to specialise them on seperate cycles?

Thank You

Either. I've never found a very clear advantage in either, at least none that lasted long

There are many ways to set things up. Last time I did arms specialization, I did something like:

Mon: Biceps+triceps specialization, quads+hamstrings maintenance (just some leg pressing and leg curling, and threw in a set of leg extensions sometimes)

Wed: Chest+back+delts maintenance

Fri: Triceps+biceps specialization, calves+abs+lower back maintenance (straight leg calf raises, weighted crunches and back extensions)

For the biceps+triceps work I did some different things. I started with 4x6-8 + 3x10-12 as a base but I often did bi+tri supersets. Sometimes I did a myo-reps set as my secondary exercise, that kind of thing. You're also getting some extra arm work via compound exercises on the C+B+D day.
