This ends the challenge.

Starting weight: 196.7
Today's weight: 190.7 (But I might have been dehydrated.)

I do not feel happy about my progress because I reached 190 on day 10 and day 16 of this challenge. I didn't realize it until now, but I spent the previous 20 days losing the same 4 pounds over and over when I could have been making real progress.

I did not use my treadmill desk much. I could have added 150 miles easily by just walking 5 miles per day. That would have resulted in an additional 4.28 pounds of weight loss.

I have achieved the lightest natural shade for teeth (called B1) and I'm happy about that.

I did not have the miraculous super human will power that I thought I would have. But I did eat out a lot with my friends and I'm happy about that.

I would have lost more weight if I stuck with what worked for me previously. Which was one weigh-in per week and then "focusing on the process" of day-to-day existence with the weekly weigh-in looming.

I am going on a month-long trip in a few days. I am going to use this failure to be better motivated to keep my calories under control now.

My ultimate fitness goal is to become a cat 1 aesthetically-pleasing weight lifter (I started out as cat 3). And I'm going to accomplish it. And I want to accomplish it sooner rather than later. I do not wish to spend a single month longer being out of shape and physically less attractive than I need to be.
