Default Active on carb load day

Hi there.

On my first week of UD 2.0 - going great.

Yesterday was my tension workout and the start of my carbup.

Shooting for 14 g/kg lbm of carbs, which amounts to around 1050g.

Today was supposed to be a rest day. However I had to do some "construction" today (~5hrs, tearing down tiles and interiors). Should I compensate by adding more carbs (moving to 16 g/kg lbm?) or just sticking with 14 g/kg lbm.

Thanks.

Ended up at just under 16g/kg lbm. Woke up without any noticeable bloat.

However, we just had crazy amounts of snow last night and everyone is snowed in. I might need to plough through ~25inches of fresh snow for 2miles to get to the gym as our car isn't going anywhere.

Maybe a little late, but it wouldn't harm to increase calories a little to cover the extra calories burned. The carbs are supposed to go to your glycogen stores and not your neighbor's tiles. However, in the big picture it probably doesn't matter much.

Indeed - I also had the following day @ maintainance (versus the planned 10% deficit). Everything is going well, "enjoying" this diet :-)
