Default Protein from dairy vs protein from meat on satiety

Which one do you think is better in satiety? I though protein from meat had a higher effect on satiety, however studies I found comparing the source of protein didn't found any evidence that one source of protein is better than another.

Regards

Do you think that 200kcal of whey has the same effect on satiety that 200kcal of chicken breast?

Also think about volume, the food that goes along with the protein, the time it takes for the food to be processed, and of course the taste.

Chicken breast would have more satiety. Takes longer to digest. Chewing is also important for satiety. Satiety is complicated and differs from person to person (generic advice holds true though: drink plenty of water, higher protein intakes, higher fiber intakes, intermittent fasting for some).
