Default Caffeine effect on lypolisis and tollerance.

In the last two week i avoided coffee because i go too far with caffeine intake. Withdrawal was horrible but i past it. NNow i have a doubt after i read the post of lyle about Caffeine: cronic intake (i.e. tollerance) reduce lypolisis effects? Lyle says that insuline resistance is produced by acute intake and the reason is lypolisis and that in cronic intake insuline resistance isn t an issue...so i "deduced" lypolisis in cronic intake doesn t occur or occur in a less degree?

This is minimal rubbish that is utterly insignificant in the face of a suitable dietary program.

You said you had a doubt, which means you are worried about it. Plainly, for lipolysis related reasons. I said don't worry, as it's important in the grand scheme. Take that advice

Again, not everybody needs information to be applicable directly to themselves or others. How hard is it for your to understand that some people actually try to get a better understanding in either physiology or training?

How hard is it for you to understand that the purpose of body recomposition related discussions is providing practical and useful information? Not whimsical hypotheticals that might be of interest to a subset of NASA scientists.

Oh, sorry. I voiced an opinion on a discussion board. Silly me.
