There's also a lot of variation between the sugar alcohols. Erythritol tends to be less upsetting than others, but sorbitol and Maltitol tend to be some of the worst in terms of GI comfort.

I just downed 85g of different kind of sugar alcohols, from sugar free candy. I'm thinking their affection in muscle glycogen synthesis, do they go to muscles, as I'm now carbloading? Or does liver use them also?

sugar alcohols must be processed in the gut and liver.

so your liver will use it. your muscles won't.

Unsure if my pre workout has sugar alcohols in it. But I feel so sick after drinking it

I'm unsure of how to check either: so mayo labs pv7. Shame cos it's a good preworkout
