Default Fruits and their Sucrose/Glucose/Fructose

Sorry if someone else already found this, but I was 'oogling for the fructose in my grapes this morning and found a fantastic table:

you can go to nutritiondata.com for the complete breakdown of sugars, fats, etc. as well.

quick ? based on the chart. How does someone know what % HFCS is in a certain product when all it lists is HFCS and no percentage?

HFCS is listed in 3 seperate ways on the chart. 42, 55, and 90 percent fructose. How would someone know which HFCS is in the product whether it be 42% HFCS or 90%.

Does that help clarify?

Also i guess it hasn't been established yet that fructose is yummy. and that we are not mice eating 60% of our total calories from it.
