Default Bulk Ud2 Break

Hi lyle,

I am 17 years old and have been doing to the UD2 variant for mass gains for about 6 weeks. I want to take a week off and eat a 30/40/30 caloric ratio. Is only one week off okay? In your book you recommend two weeks off from the diet but I since im young and able do you think I could take off a week or a week and a half? Much appreciated.

I will be working each bp once per week during my off time. Do you recommend that or each bodypart twice a week? thanks

I'd do what the book says and read the articles on the site. Perhaps Training Frequency for Mass Gains would be a good start.
