Default moving tension workout to thurs morning and power workout to friday

ok, so im going to be travelling the weekend, so im going to do this weeks cycle as follows:
sunday/monday- depletion
tuesday/weds- cardio
thursday AM - tension followed by carb load
friday AM -power

my question is after i start my carb load on thurs, i just go for a 24hr carb up? get my 1000-1200g of carbs in and aim to do the power workout 24hrs after tension, correct??

I always start my UD2 cycles on Sunday. Lately, I've done just as you suggest...tension on Thursday morning and power on Friday morning. I usually get done with tension at 10 am and basically pound the carbs till I go to bed around 11. I then wake up on Friday, drink some coffee, eat a pre-power carb/protein meal and then lift.

Not as easy as having tension/carbup begin on Wed night, but doable.

i normally always began to lower carbs on sunday night, but this time ive doen it on sat, and straight into the cycle on sunday....did you find it effected the muscle retention as recovery from the power workout must be fairly limited going straight to lower carbs that night!

i think ive had a break through week this one, i havent lost any weigth but im starting to see waaaay more definition in my abs, i think ive finally gone under 10%
