Default when should i do my tension workout + carb load? weds PM or thurs AM

so i cut my last cycle short and started on this weeks cycle on sunday(depletion day 1) as i couldnt do my power workout on sat due to question is which is better??

thursAM-tension (followed by 24hr carb load)
friday AM-power

weds AM-cardio
weds PM- Tension
thurs-carb load
Fri- Power

I've done both. Pros and cons to each.

Go tension Wed and you have more time for carbup and more recovery time for power workout.

Go tension Thursday and you get another full day of fat loss, but you have less time to pound the carbs and less time to recover for power workout.

I'm actually doing a Thursday tension and Friday power myself this week.

thanks for the response, the only thing i was worried about was getting adequate depletion. im going to go for the standard option of a PM tension workout. Im having a bad week, do the effects of depletion get worse as your bodyfat starts to hit low levels?? i tried to do my standard day 3 jog that i use for cardio and my body felt like it was shuting down, not a nice experience!
