Differences between thursday evening and friday morning carb load start ?
I was just wondering if there was a difference between doing the tension workout on Thursday in the evening and on Friday in the morning. I've never done it in the morning (in fact, I havent worked out in the morning in a long time). But I am thinking of doing it this way because I feel I will have a better control over the amount of carbs to be taken in. Last week was disastrous in terms of the number of carbs. I hit 1200+ at 145 pounds in about 30 hours. I was so incredibly hungry( in spite of eating high fiber and whole wheat starches) . Luckily, all the carbs were clean (bagels, bread and some cereal) . So not much damage.
so this way, I will have just about 18 hours ( 6.30 am tension - 12 am odd ) to get all the carbs in. Any thoughts/ suggestions ? I suppose everything about the carb-load remains the same , whether you start it on thursday or friday.
