Default Changing day of Refeed Question

This week, and this week only, I won't be able to work out on Thursday. Therefore, I won't be able to start my carb up that day either. Also, I don't work out on Sunday (religious reasons), so what would be the recommended schedule?

TEnsion Friday morning, carbup Friday
Power Saturday
Sunday off

although a lot depends on what hte other days are

Other than that, I am following everything as outlined. Would you recommend getting up at 3am to have a pre workout meal, if I am lifting at 5am? Then normal carb up the rest of that day? I don't have a problem doing that.
