Default Cardio on UD2.0

Would this lead to overreaching/overtraining? What wou you guys recommend? I really like the SFP 2.0 and would like to include that if possible?

Monday-Depletion workout/low carb
Tuesday-Depletion workout/low carb
Wednesday-LISS Cardio(45 mins)/low carb
Thursday-LISS Cardio(30 mins AM)/Tension workout(PM)+Carb Load
Friday-SFP 2.0/ Carb Load
Saturday-Power Workout/10% below Maintenance
Sunday-SFp 2.0/10% below maintenance

Thanks,
Zac

Default

doing SFP on the carb-load makes no sense at all.

I think putting it on Sunday is pushing it for lower body recovery. I also think it will cut into recovery from the power workout

my suggestion: when you do your lower body depletion, cut the volume back and use it as the first part of SFP2.0

basically, end your depletion workout with legs. then do your LISS. then the after LISS intervals

Default Day 7 Cardio Timing

Mon-Depletion - low carb/cal
Tue-Depletion - low carb/cal
Wed- Mod Cardio - low carb/cal
Thur - Mod Cardio - low carb cal
Friday- Tension Carb Load
Saturday-Power Workout Maintenance
Sunday- 20% below maintenance

On that schedule, is it OK to do Sunday cardio fasted with Yohimbe in the AM or would it be better to do it later in the evening as time nears to begin moving into Monday's depletion workout? Thank you in advance.
