Day 34

Power Workout

Squat
3x3-225lbs

Bench
3x3-115lbs

OHP
3x5-65lbs

DB Curl
3x6-25lbs

Still dealing with that sore rib, also slept on my neck wrong so I had to leave out any sort of pulling motion. I might take a week off to give these time to get back to normal, I don't feel like I'm able to give my heavy workouts my all.

Caught a nasty head cold so I'm taking the week off from training.
I'll check in next Monday or whenever I've recovered.

I didn't die.
Just decided to maintain for a while. I'm running GBR at maintenance at the moment then I'll return to a sane cut instead of UD2 lol
