Default Day 8/12 Update

Well, another day in the books and still going strong. 8 days down, feeling great! Honestly can't believe it's day 9 tomorrow, almost there! Overall today went pretty well. Honestly hunger has not been an issue for me lately, its more just general fatigue and feeling tired, but this isn't a huge issue for me and caffeine definitely does help. Overall, just gotta dig and keep pushing! So close!

Default Day 9/12

Weight:152.6(-.6)(-9.6)

New low weigh in today, gotta be excited about that. Feeling leaner today and good overall. I will update some pics because today is the leanest I have looked in my opinion. Hoping for a good day, we池e almost done!

Default Day 9/12 update

Well 9 days down... damn we are getting close. Honestly earlier today was tough, I dealt with some serious hunger but it ended up dissipating and now I feel fine. I am very much looking forward to the end right about now but really plan on embracing the next few days. I am prepared to dig and push hard for that finish line. The results have been great and I feel much leaner. Just a few more days! Definitely recommend this for people looking for a challenge, but I will say if you have never practiced healthy habits in general this could be a recipe for disaster afterwards. Still, definitely a brutally effective approach.

Thanks man! Yep, I plan on doing a long lean bulk to really build some muscle and strength. Main areas I want to build are my chest, shoulders and back. My legs are genetically very strong but I still will train them.(I enjoy training legs)

Weight:151.8(-.8)(-10.4)
New low weigh in and feeling lean as ever. I slept amazing last night so I知 feeling pretty good today thankfully, plus I知 just motivated knowing I知 almost done. I値l post some pics below because once again I think I知 leaner. One of the best parts of this diet is the immediate visual changes. You can see progress every day, which makes the rigidness worth it imo.

Default Day 10/12 update

10 days down! 2 to go. Feels weird to be honest, these past ten days have flown by, it's crazy to think I am done in just two more. All in all, today went great. After feeling tired and hungry yesterday I thought maybe these last few days would all be a bit of a grind but I really didn't experience any of that today. Definitely goes to show that while dieting, whether rfl or a conventional cut, there will be good days and bad days and even on bad days you just have to fight through it. Looking forward to really pushing these last few days, let's get it!

Last stretch, lets do this. Not worried about the weight because fluctuations will happen. I feel very tired and worn out today but got to fight through it. Lots of coffee will be drank haha. Let's do this thing.

Alright, that is officially 11 days in the books... which means 1 more. I am so excited to not just have one more day but to have been as consistent as I have been for this. It might not be easy but it is damn effective. Lets kill it on this last day and finish strong!
