Can someone please give me an estimate of my body fat percentage? Also, what's up with my abs? Are they just underdeveloped or is that just how my abs look, i.e. genetics?

I am 6'2, and fluctuate between 164 lbs and 171 lbs, depending on carb and sodium intake. I wanted to start a very long, lean bulk, but I feel like I need to drop my body fat percentage down a couple more points before I start the bulk.

As you can see from my pics, my main problem area are the sides of my lower back. That part is the only reason I am still cutting. However, I want to finish this cut as soon as possible because I am scared of muscle loss if I continue. I am currently lifting heavy about 3 or 4 times a week and consuming between 220 grams and 250 grams of protein per day in order to stave off muscle loss.

You are plenty lean, just not super developed. At your weight/height, you should totally bulk. I guess you could lean out more, but that means losing like two pounds of fat during a dark struggle. You could totally start bulking right now. You're going to gain the fat back, either way.

I'm honestly surprised by your weight. That is light for your height. I think that looks just like 10% and not very well fed

Thanks for the reply. I think I will eat at maintenance for a couple of weeks to up regulate hormones, before starting a bulk.

By the way, if you think I'm light, you should have seen me when I was boxing when I was younger. I was 6'2, fighting at 141 lbs (amateur weight class). I had to kill myself to make weight.
