Default PSMF on 250mg test-e per week

Hi
will injecting 250mg test-e everyweek on PSMF diet speed up the fat loss? I am doing 5/3/1 4 times per week and 30 mins cardio after on 1300-1500 calories and 200+ protein.

Steroids rarely do much for fat loss

It will ensure no muscle loss

If you want enhanced fat loss, go clen/T3

I'm going to do 200mg dnp for 20 days while using 500mg test-e per week, i will post the results here when i finish

Should have great results. Would add 12.5 to 25 mcg t3 and ecx3 personally you'll be hungry as hell with low cals and dnp

yes i have started steroids at way toohighbodyfat,its very stupid know.and then i use poison to lose the fat.pretty sad lol

here was my leanest state naturally:

i am 10kg heavier then that now

also i could not do psmf..its too difficult for me.i have been eating 2000-2200 caloreis and 200+ protein,first 4 days dnp 200mg,then 400mg.
i am on 500mg test-e per week,not 250.after i get 6-8%bodyfat i will start dbol and bulk.

For Americans, he used DAY-MONTH-YEAR. So that's only six days difference

Half-way measures don't get very far. You can only do one thing well at a time. Trying to gain muscle while losing fat will result in failure.

Get to 10% bodyfat first while lifting weights heavy 3x a week with reduced volume. Two weeks maintenance. Bulk up slowly (1 lb weight gain per week max), focus on getting stronger, measure body composition changes often.

flushed the dnp down the toilet,started getting tingle and numb feet. i followed all from this page https://dnpressource.wordpress.com/dnp-guide-1/ but still got that
just cutting on eca now
i would walk outside and it felt like i walk into a spider web,wtf
