nerve issues are gone now luckily. despite quitting dnp 4 days ago everything is starting to feel harder. lying down feels like standing up and sitting feels like walking ect. i had a slight rash for 1 day but it went away the same day, im also bloated now.
i think it was worth it for what happened but i wouldnt take the risk again

took ECA and it completely fixed the out of breath issue, feeling fantastic now
i actually have 0 issues from dnp now. it was scary though

another physique update
my muscle glycogen isnt that full and i sitll got some bloat but u can see progress
bodyfat probably went from 20-22% to 15%

i am dropping down to 8% with eca stack, test-e and green tea pills now on 1800 kcal
want to get 8% so i can start bulking and blowing up on 500mg test-e and dianabol but never go above 12% bodyfat
cant wait

Do you think you're gaining any muscle even though you're in a deficit because you added test-e?

But I guess that's impossible even if you added all the steroids in the world.

Half-way measures don't get very far. You can only do one thing well at a time. Trying to gain muscle while losing fat will result in failure.

Get to 10% bodyfat first while lifting weights heavy 3x a week with reduced volume. Two weeks maintenance. Bulk up slowly (1 lb weight gain per week max), focus on getting stronger, measure body composition changes often.

Seems like a waste of great to take that much on a PSMF when you're not going to grow any way. Dial it down to a TRT level and save it for the bulk. I also hope you plan a break with the gear between the diet and bulk you're still many weeks away from 6-8% and unless you are a permanent blast/cruise will need the break.

i have gained a crazy amount of strength on bench press, incline bench press and squat
actually pretty much all exercises
even on dnp when i got off im even stronger now
so i think i have gained muscle
