What's more optimal?

Stressing over MPS and stuffing a shake down your neck the second you wake up?

Or learning to enjoy life by not worrying about stupid stuff and having lower cortisol levels?

You guys simply don't know enough about the topic I guess. If you can point out anything wrong with my first response I am all ears!

Thank you Lyle. This website is a game changer once you understand the mechanisms behind fat loss/muscle gain.

Spun my wheels for years prior to finding this site.

I'm good, I don't think I'm gonna waste time arguing with someone who lifts than two of my exes.

I honestly get your point - I may be overanalyzing this - but it really won't bother me to either eat upon waking up or fast for a couple hours. Both won't cause any "harms" to my RL and honestly I just thought I should ask you guys what would be better given my goal - "Stimulate MPS or take advantage of fasted cardio".

Sorry about my English again, I suppose it's not as fluent as I mean it to be.

If you could get the results I've gotten perhaps you'd be able to find smaller exes.

And yes the biceps are coming along nicely.

You don't have to stay fat. There are plenty of the articles on the main site that can help.
