My planned 2-week diet break after RFL was an excellent decision...felt rejuvenated and almost got leaner immediately.

Yup. Lyle mentioned only leptin is the reason for diet breaks. I wish I was hslf as smart as you, I might be able to bench .75x my bw somedsy.

It is the main reason. Read up man. And I tore my pec. I'm not supposed to bench at all.

If i were you I'd hit the gym and not return till I wasn't getting outlifted by a woman in her 40s tho
