Can't wait for the book!

I recall reading in one of the articles that metabolism goes up during the luteal phase. But women also eat more during that time. It seems sensible to me that the increase in metabolism is just TEF caused by increased calorie consumption. I haven't seen the studies...but do they separate that out or is this more uncontrolled observation---> extrapolation stuff?
