Don't expect jack squat in weeks. Connective tissue turns over super slowly. Think months.

I’ve been taking a couple of scoops of this stuff preworkout for a few weeks now to try and help an ongoing (long term) hamstring tendon issue - https://au.iherb.com/pr/California-G...oz-206-g/64903

I don’t think it’s made much difference, but it is still early days. And FYI, it tastes horrible.

I used to mix it with diet soda.

Taste is really not the problem compared to baking soda or citrulline malate with no flavor (it tastes exactly like puke).

Yeah Lyle is right about it being long-term process. I forgot to add that it took me few months to get rid of any pain, maybe 4 months or so. But it's really not that much of a time.

Been eating more jello which is also nice with dieting but this is a lot easier.

Yeah thatís not a bad idea. I just scull it and then drink my preworkout straight after which gets rid of the taste.

Also, I have discovered sugar free jelly - just made some. Might start eating more of that, though youíd have to eat a fair bit to get 10g of collagen!
