The good news is that he is being swamped with inquiries about the EFL booklet. The bad news is that he is being swamped with inquiries about the the EFL booklet. This is much like finding my ball when I golf (in the woods, in the sand, in the mud...). Lyle, I hope this one becomes your commercial success. Sight unseen, I deem it of more value than 99% of the diet publications out there.

![]() Are there any details about the extreme fat loss diet you can share? The rapid fat loss diet seemed a little extreme for me but I think I might be able to handle something extreme for just 4 days. The thought of losing up to 6 lbs of fat in that time sounds incredibly enticing but I can't imagine how little you would have to eat for that.
