![]() If you review my ERFL log I completed it. I used minor inclines at times and it gave my hamstrings an overworked, overstretched feeling (made worse by APT I suffer from) and reduced the amount of overall cardio I was able to do.
I would DEFINITELY not try this on a steep incline. You are just asking for injury. Also, I wouldn't just start ERFL out of nowhere. I had been doing TONS of walking on almost a daily basis for months before I did my 4 days in the Valley

Maintenance at biggest pork plant in nation, average 12.5 hour shifts. Id say was equal to walking 2mph all day or 1.5 on easier day. I just dont really understand how they get the -6k calorie deficit numbers from erfl. I can be so exhausted i just lay in bed all weekend, im still only burning like 3600 calories a day, AT WORST. going from that to 6k is just mind boggling, there's no way. |
