Also threw in some test-boosters in there, but I doubt they did much. Pretty basic as you can see.

As for the final measurements that lyle computed, I'd assume they are better than that. Final weight/measurements were taken while dry/depleted, so I'd imagine I actually lost less/little mass.

Yeah, if you were dehydrated, the difference would be mostly water.

How'd your power workout poundages hold up over the length of the workout? Up, down, no change?

First 4 weeks it was up every week. The first 2 weeks of the last six weeks it was up as well, then it slowly declined until the last week as I got pretty lean. Still, from the start of the diet, It was about zero change for the most part, with increases in some areas and losses in others (Legs for some reason).

Since most cardio modes are lower body, the legs have a tendency to take a beating and get overtrained almost regardless of what is done. So that's fairly normal.

I had assumed this, especially since at times I was implementing a bit of LISS cardio. Fine me though, as my legs have always been my biggest/strongest BP.

Just a quick question Lyle. For the bulking variation, on the depletion days (granted, we are not shooting for depletion), are we still shooting for a TUT of 45-60 seconds with the heavier weight of 12-15 reps?

No, the focus should be slightly more on tension than fatigue and I'd keep it a bit heavier an the sets a bit shorter.

Thats 1.55 lbs of fat lost per week (average) while on UD2---while keeping strength as much as initial starting point and losing virtually 0 lean lbs ---actually I bet he will weigh almost 170 lbs lean body weight when he's carbed up--maybe 1-2 lbs gained even!!
