Default Fish oil EPA DHA Ratio

there are many different products on the market. Standard ratio from EPA to DHA is 3:2 (180:120). Some products offer a 2:1 ratio.

Where is the difference? Why there are different ratios anyway?

Thanks in advance!

180/120 is optimal.

If you take 10g of fish oil a day it will break down into:

1.8g of EPA

1.2g of DHA

Which is your body's natural saturation level.

If you take more than that prepare to evacuate your bowels harder than God intended.

I was in Bozeman, Montana one night playing poker and yada yada the game goes til like 4-5 AM and I finally stumble out wasted and hungry as a mother.

Well I get back to the truck realizing I gotta sleep in there and its November so it's cold man.

Anyway my appetite is ravenous so i proceed to eat practically an entire jar of gummy fish oil i had in the console.

I'm pretty sure what I was forced to pull over and do in a national park in like Idaho the next morning is considered a felony.

Just hit daily amounts and don't stress out about it.
