Never really wondered why the second rep was easier, but I guess now I know.

And, as far as improving reflexes, hard to improve what you don't have.

Just don't appear to have them. Quite amusing really...most recently was actually a neurologist tapping and tapping here and there.

I've been diagnosed as having ADD too, so just all around wired funny.
