From listening to some of your interviews, it almost sounds like, once you start writing, stopping is a bigger problem.

That series was the first of your work which I read, after Laree Draper linked to it. I didn't know what the heck was going on, but I admired the lunacy of it all.

I am currently on 10,0000 iu.

Thanks for another update. My best friend has bipolar and I have suffered with depression for years.
Like yourself, just trying to get out in whatever sunlight we have in the UK (definitely not that much now at this time of year) and watching for any warning signs that things are slipping backwards.

I see you mentioned that cardio sucks. In what way do you mean?
I must admit I personally have found my mood to improve for the majority of the day after doing cardio. Although different things help different people, I was just curious.

Bright light therapy + Vitamin D ftw

I'm starting to get a bit depressed so far this winter, I have not really been exposing myself to much light (even to my artificial bright light) and just started taking Vitamin D again recently. It's gonna be a bumpy ride.
