Default For those who use or have used myoreps, a question regarding ROM

I know Borge recommends cutting the ROM short by about 10% and avoiding the lockout, but I find this way of lifting rather unnatural - due to lack of prior experience.

How many of you have used myoreps with full ROM including a brief lockout and have still made decent progress?

On some exercises where you can unload the muscle at the start or end of the ROM (leg press, lateral raise, bicep curls to name a few), you can do a "widowmaker"-style variation where you do your activation set to e.g. 15 reps, then lock out your knees/let the arms hang down by your side, take a couple of deep breaths and knock out 1 or 2 reps for another 5-10 reps - notation 15 +5x1 or 15 +10x1, for example.

I should have been more clear, using full ROM in the activation set and following sets.

As an example chin ups, I've always gone to a full deadhang on each repetition. Whilst I don't pause in the bottom position, I'm just wondering if i'm short changing myself from a significant portion of hypertrophy stimuli (?) if I were to do this during the activation set and subsequent sets.

Chances are this is just me suffering from paralysis by analysis.
