![]() I have been consistently eating 200 calories more a day and skipping the workouts I need to do. Boy, do these things add up.
I am slowly trying to get back under 150. Let's hope I can get there around August so my abs will show more again. |

![]() I am staying at 151.2. Went down to 149 once before drinking 32oz of water in the morning.
The trick is that extra 200 calories a day. I need to convince myself that hunger is good. That is the trick I think the society plays on our minds - hunger is bad. also had an ultrasound because of belly pain. DR thought I had gall stones. My friend just got bile duct cancer stage 4 so I freaked out and went to get a scan. The DR told me that high protein diets can lead to extra ammonia and nitrates in the body and that can cause pain and stress the kidney and other organs. |

![]() I have been pretty good about eating less and doing SFS 2.0 more frequently and the results are showing.
i don't plan to drop to 139 like I did once but keeping things around 150 and staying hydrated feels good. i also don't go for more than 150g of protein. Most of the time I take about 120g. |

![]() My weight is stable around 150. 149.6 seems to be the spot.
taking my vitamins and eating 1 to 3 oz of beef jerkys a day. not too much protein drinks. keeping the proteins at 100g. still doing the intermittent fasting thing so i can have some nice mangoes, watermelons, and etc later at night. finding eating cashew nuts are great for mood and happiness. |

![]() My weight is now steady at 153.
The 3lbs gain is caused by: 1. sugared greek yogrut. i eat 4 chibani's a day. 2. no SFS 2.0 (35min workout) it's basically more calories and less workout. let's see if I can go back to 150 by thanksgiving. |

No major changes to diet but I am going to the gym more frequently. |

Thought I had moved up to 155 range. Used to drink lots of alcohol and stopped for about 2 years now. The funny thing is I drank yesterday (5oz red wine) and I woke up at 4am because of night sweat from alcohol. Love the buzz but will try to stay dry. Happy holidays to Lyle and all. Happy 2019. |

I have been having a hard time dipping below 150 since last August. Per my simple records, I am gaining about .22 lbs per week and that means I am over eating 120 calories a day. I think I can cut the following from my diet without losing too much satisfactions: 1 non-fat greek yogurt 1 OZ of lean beef jerky (90 calories). 0.5 oz of cashew nuts will see how this works in a few months |
