Let us be real, they should list the serving size on it as "one box".

How to eat cereal

1. Pour cereal in bowl
2. Add milk
3. Eat cereal
4. Notice that there is still milk in the bowl
5. Pour more cereal
6. Oh no, need more milk
7. Pour more milk
8. Goto 3
9. Repeat until you run out of cereal, milk or both

haha, the sad truth. If you are creative, you can apply this formula to many foods.
*Chocolate peanut butter shake*(ultimate bulk recipe)
oh, too much peanut butter, add ice cream. oh, too thick, add milk. Surely need more chocolate to compensate. Damn, can't taste the peanut butter any more....etc.

10. Drink leftover cereal&sugar sludge

Serious response: I've found that eating a bowl of shredded wheat with coffee fills me up for quite a while longer than with milk. Technically it's a cold cereal in a hot beverage though.

Look into making your own granola cereal concoctions. A friend of mine does it and she makes some awesome stuff.

In terms of store bought cereal, however, my expertise is with things that otherwise would be defined as "healthy"... Unless of course eating an entire family box size of Lucky Charms (~900g) is healthy because of the fortified micronutrients...?

The sludge is sometimes better than the actual cereal. Now Cocoa Puffs in chocolate milk leftover sludge is so awesome the quantum time stream shivers when I drink it.
