Default Max Calories to Burn Based on 31 Calories Per LB of Bodyfat

Say a well trained subject is 170 @ 7% body fat, which would put him at ~ 12 lbs of fat. This person could burn 800 calories per hour while staying under lactate threshold during the easier protocol with yohimbe/caffeine.

Based on the theory that the body only releases 31 calories of fat per lb should he limit cardio expenditure to 372 calories and: 1) only perform about 30 minutes, 2) perform cardio at much lower intensity or 3) perform the hour and burn more fat than the theoretical limit?

Thanks,
