Default how to grow obliques? and periworkout nutrition

Hi lyle, ive used your ab training advice to great effect and have pretty decent ab development using your weighted crunch protocol. However my obliques are non-existent. What's your goto exercise for this?

My usual periworkout nutrition is about 1L water, 20-30g of gatorade and 30g of whey. But i'd like to make this healthier without compromising performance. Any tips?

My obliques were at their biggest when I did unbelted deep squats for sets of 4-6 reps
