Default bisoprolol dosage on SFS patch

2.5mg per day is what the doctor gave on a script. Studies have used it at 5mg and 10mg when looking at ANP. Would 2.5mg twice a day work or stick to 2.5mg/day?

just in case someone stumbles across this thread in future also wondering the same question, i found a study which used various blockers and found that a 5mg dose of bisoprolol got the usual increase in ANP (20%) in males. So that dose probably works. I wish i knew if 2.5mg a day would also work just as well?

The really interesting thing tho is the same paper found a 55% increase in ANP for women when using 5mg bisoprolol.
