Today was a 5 hour refeed.
A couple of important notes:
1. I lost 5 cm at the widest point of my abdominal area (at navel level) during the past month. Despite this, weight stayed almost the same.
2. If I go a whole week on 2000 cal without refeed, the fatigue I get is incredible. It's a state of ridiculous physical exhaustion to the point I will struggle to find the strength to walk around...
3. Strength during workouts is good. Tyrosine before workouts really helps.

Today:
Weight: 92.1 kg (still the same pretty much).
Navel: minus 6 cm.
Calories: 2400.
Activity: 14.000 steps. Heavy weight training plus 40 min LIS cardio.
Here is a picture of the current state.
Visually, I am not getting significantly leaner, but I think I amm retaining a lot of water, since measures have dropped but weight has not.
