Complete 4 weeks

Weighed in at 98.5kg the other day. So a total of around 3.5kgs for this 4 weeks without being the strictest on the diet which is nice.
1.5 inches off the waist also.

Definitely some better in the visual department as well.

Just an update from me.

Since the start of the crossfit journey I have lost 11cms of my waist.
The weight fluctuates a fair bit so am looking at that less and less now. The waist measurement is pleasing.

Top abs are visible so i reckon around 15% at the moment

Hitting between 2000-2400 cals per day. Drastcially cut down alcohol which has been huge in terms of sleep and performance.

I was 98.2kg as of this morning from 102 or so at the start of the journey.

I am also progressing on my weightlifting.

Did 180kg deadlift the other day
Clean is 100kg
Front squat is 127kg
Back sqaut is 150kg
Snatch is 65kg (need to work on my headspace for that)
Bench is 130kg.

I'll keep plugging away
