1 week check in: I lost 0.3lb this past week and that's not even fat loss IMO. I know why, I basically ate at maintenance if you add up the days. I was originally going by day-to-day weights to measure fat loss but what really matters is the weekly average.

I am starting my deload on Saturday the 18th when I go out of town for a week. But until then I'll be dieting at 1600 kcal/day 140g protein. I think 1600 kcal is the right amount to be losing 1-1.5lb per week of body fat.

I'll log my daily calorie amounts/protein macros here.

2-17 and 2-18: 1650 calories.

2/16: 124.4
2/17: 123.4

Will stop dieting at 120-121lbs and then try to gain 0.5lb per week. This week im gonna deload for a week and eat close to maintenance.
