Default Overweight Client Hyperthryoid Can't Lose Weight RFL?

Ok this is a weird one.

She said she ways hypo thyroid and gained the weight.

Now she is hyperthyroid and can't lose weigth.

Lost 10 pounds first week and now at week 5 still the same weight.

We are weight training.

However her numbers are weird and her DR. does no know whats up so sending her to endocrinologist.

Maybe someone here can make sense of this:

TSH = 0 Normal = .3-3.5
T4= 0 Normal =50-165
T3= 16 Normal =1.2-3.4

I may just be ignornant but isn't hyperthyoridsm associated with the unability to gain weight, or to be extact sudden drops in weight, not entirely sure.

I also heard that hypo/hyper alter your BMR but even severe cases lower it by 200-300, once again don't quote me on that, simply just heard it from other people. Are you monitoring what your client is eating, because I don't think anyone is going to lose weight if they stick to old eating habbits and just starting lifting.
