Default Keto bulk + AAS

hi I'm from argentina so sorry for the errors that you could find.

well I have used keto diet for cutting really long first cut from 144 Kg to 89.9 Kg with no use of AAS, but culd it be use for bulk while on a cycle?

I think you'll get more out of the AAS with carbs in the diet.

but the problem is that i easily put on fat on a normal diet, could it be like 150 gram of carbs useful

Carbs don't make you fat. The amount of caloric surplus will.

If you monitor your total caloric intake, you should be able to do a lean bulk with carbs in your diet. Especially if you cycle them (higher carbs on training days, primarily the 12-hours post-training, lower carbs on non-training days...)

Yeah but if you eat white rice and pasta your insulin will get out of control and you'll be fat forever, even if you're in caloric deficit...

HAHA. I used to be one of those idiots

Than I started counting calories and I was like...wtf...

a whole new world

the only real 'exceptions' I've found to calories in vs calories out for myself are high fructose intake and high fat intake during carb load, both of which botch everything up
