Lightbulb fat to carb conversion and calories

So, if the body can convert 180g of fat into 18g of carb daily during ketosis... does that mean 1548 calories per day would disappear into thin air!?

180g * 9cal/g - 18g * 4cal/g = 1620 cal - 72 cal = 1548 cal

?!??!??!?!

that's absolutely not what the section is saying

when 180 grams of fat are broken down, 18 grams of glucose will be produced (From glycerol) IN ADDITION to all of the energy produced from the fat breakdown. no calories disappear.
