Default Lyle, Keto updates?

Lyle,
In the process of reading the Keto book as we speak.

Was curiuos to know, since you wrote it roughly 10 years ago if you have any updates or changes in your philosophy inregards to weight training or peri-workout nutrition since then.

Book really is a wealth of knowledge so far! Really enjoying your writings/books!

Sure, some of my beliefs have changed. And anything you read by me now that contradicts what is in the keto book should be considered to supplant that information.

Was particularly wondering if you have any new beliefs in regards to Pre and Post Workout nutrition while doing a TKD.

Changes in workouts for TKD?

Just curious. Thanks!

not really, no. the old guidelines are still what I basically use for a variety of diet setups. I might add during workout nutrition depending on what was trying to be accomplished.

you might note that a recent trend in all kinds of diets is basically lowered carbs all day and then pre/during/post workout nutrition. essentially the TKD

not sure what you mean by 'workouts' for TKD. that would always depend on the goals of the trainee.
